So i subscribed to My Little box in September and was impressed by the initial welcome box, less impressed with the October box as it was very specifically themed around Diane von Furstenberg with little focus on other things so the November box was going to be a tie breaker for me. Glad to say this one is great - Cosy is the theme and aptly so all, the products are cosy/autumn themed making me want to get in my pj's with a big vanilla latte and fluffy slippers.

Check out inside the box on my YouTube channel:

Inspirational Quote - Francoise Sagan
My Little World magazine
A Coffee Cup
My Little Bouillotte
Essie - Mini nail polish in "Cute as a button"
Arcancil Paris - Starliner black waterproof eyeliner
My Little Beauty - Volume and care mascara in black

I loved all of the beauty products, especially the nail polish as Essie is my go to brand. Excited to try the mascara as so far the other My Little Beauty items have been really good and who doesn't need another black mascara! I am intrigued by the My Little Bouillotte, which is a microwaveable cushion meant as a cute hot water bottle or for relaxation, something a little different plus i love the polka dot print although i can totally see Willow using it as a pillow, especially when its warm.

The one product i am disappointed in is the coffee cup - not sure who they think is using this but it is TINY and not everyone drinks americano's - think i may need to find an alternative use for it like to keep bobby pins in, as it is cute with a nice illustration on.

Overall another good box and really looking forward to the December box - i can feel a party or sparkle box coming on!

Some people are lucky enough to be naturals in front of a camera, I have never been one of those people, the minute a camera comes out I either close my eyes or the awkward "Chandler" smile comes out. Luckily I married an equally awkward man and so any photographic moment has a 50/50 chance of being good, but we have both learnt to laugh about it. Our wedding pics were amazing but only because we had a great photographer who put us both at ease but also did less of the posed shots, sometimes the unknown captured moments are the best.

When we bought our house we were given a free session at Venture photography and after a bit of arm twisting, I persuaded hubby to go and see what could be done for two "cameraphobes". We went to the Venture studio in Leicester and met with our photographer Ross, to discuss the tone of the shoot and what we wanted out of the experience. Relaxed, fun shots was the brief we gave and armed with our bag of props (everything from cartoon tee's to my Accessorize camera bag) we embraced the hour shoot and had so much fun. Ross instantly put us both at ease and I have never laughed so hard in my life!!! He was particularly excited at the beginning about the hat i had worn purely to keep my hair dry and the statement necklace i was also wearing, so much so they became a large focus during the shoot. We went for a mix of romantic shots and silly playful ones, so as to "capture our essence as a couple".

I left the studio with my face hurting from laughing so much but feeling like we would get some great shots and then came the two week wait before the viewing. A nice presentation of all the best shots set to music - Ross had chosen Lily Allen's "Somewhere only we know", which definitely helped to convey the emotion behind the images, which turned out beautifully and not an awkward smile in sight.

Whilst I did enjoy the shoot and we got some beautiful pictures out of it, I would say Venture is very expensive and that is a shame as we were restricted in what we could get based on our budget, however i was pleased with what we did get.

Say cheese....... and smile!

* Autumn has finally arrived, so pretty. I love autumnal colours and this picture sums up the perfect palette. * Yummy new lip colour, Topshop lip bullet in shade "There she goes", nude with a pink shimmery undertone. * Beauty post on the blog, My latest beauty loves, from face wash to luxurious oil, what have i been loving. * The new love of my life, my gorgeous wool fedora hat from none other than Primarni. I am now a tad obsessed with this hat and cannot get enough of it, and now the weather has finally turned a little chillier it works perfectly. Stylish and truly fabulous for only £7!! * Willow's choice of seat for watching the footie, clearly a trendy kitty choosing to watch from the comfort of her Kate Spade bag,  * Every girl needs a bit of gold in their wardrobe, this Topshop pleated skirt was a last minute purchase for a work night out and I think will be my Christmas Day sparkly piece. Works perfectly with a black top, vintage clutch and peep toe shoes. * Tartantastic - the amazing print I have been loving and clearly so have the fashionista community. * Weekly wardrobe planning with my handy IKEA rail, a great mix of stripe & florals alongside some basic favourites. * The October edition of "My Little Box", all centered around the fashion legend Diane von Furstenberg and her fantastic, iconic prints along with the usual beauty treats including L'occitane hand cream.

* New bag bling, a furry pompom keyring to compliment my Beau, all the way from Canada as I didn't read the product location before buying. * Our orchid is still alive - MIRACLE, especially after two months. We are not plant people and have normally killed them by now. * A fashion quote from the late, great style icon Oscar de la Renta. A fashion legend who will be missed by the industry. * In honour of my new hat, a blog post all about my must have accessory - If the hat fits. * Cutest "your parcel is on its way" email from My Little Box, no standard email for its subscribers.... * Two of my favourite work outfits of the month, trying to embrace the transitional looks with winter accessories and my amazing River Island ankle boots. * Latest love from ASOS, this gorgeous ring is so simple yet very quirky and modern (bit worried my boss thought I had, had my finger pierced!!) * No sign of the Coke Cola Christmas advert yet, but just to get us in the festive mood, the Coke names have gone and now we have reindeer names.

* Diwali treats at work, so yummy but very filing especially at 10am. * Continuing the food pics, my amazing dinner at 1573 Bar & Grill in Leicester for a work leaving night out. Risotto and halloumi stuffed pepper with chunky chips and a big glass of Rose. * This months Pinterest top picks, autumnal style with some unexpected sparkle. * I have been waiting for this gorgeous midi skirt to come in store since I saw it on the Primark blogging master class session with Inthefrow.com. A stunning print, colour palette and the most beautiful full skirted shape - simply amazing at a steal at only £14. * My first YouTube video!!!! Was a little nervous but happy with how it turned out and I know how much everyone loves a good haul video so it was the perfect topic. * A very early Christmas pressie,  fell in love with this when I saw a WIT post with 25% discount, subtlety dropped hints with the discount code to hubby hoping for once he might get the hint.....and bless him he did, however it ended up being a "just for being you" gift. Made my day after a long week at work. * Working in some old favourites with my gingham shirt - Aldo gold sparkle Western boots and an intricate Topshop insect necklace. * Willow just had to pose for National cat day! * My kind of a pumpkin, nothing scary but sprinkled with sparkle - Happy Halloween.
