It may only be a bag but i am in love, though this may be a tad expensive for a clutch it is just so beautiful - a great colour choice, a Breton stripe is a good base but the added embellishment makes it a special piece.

I saw this in Look magazine about a month ago and have been patiently waiting for it to appear and it finally did! Have never ordered from Accessorize online before but i couldn't have lived with myself if this had sold out before i got hold of one however an Accessorize account could be really dangerous going forward as so much pretty stuff in the range.

The Marseilles Heavy Gem zip top clutch £32 - item code: 5893094100.

In recent years the Accessorize brand has impressed me season after season and the SS14 range is another triumphant collection in my eyes. I used to find some items overpriced however the amount of compliments i receive when wearing an Accessorize piece make me happy to pay that little extra for such beautiful and individual styles. I love the mix of statement jewellery, playful colour/print and the quirky pieces such as the camera shaped bag below as well as the traditional items the brand is well known for.
Below are my 6 favourite pieces:

I already own the Rio Ultimate necklace, couldn't resist this stunning pastel piece, it looks fabulous with my spring wardrobe and the animal snood is a piece that the lovely @FashionLind couldn't resist, check out how she styles it on Instagram. I need to find the sunglasses in my local store and see how they look, as i have always worn black or tortoiseshell sunnies i don't know how these will look on but excited to see and embrace a bolder style. The last piece i am in L♥VE with is a gorgeous embellished breton stripe clutch that i spotted in Look magazine last month, at £32 it is a little more than i would normally spend on a clutch but it is just so beautiful i must have it - just waiting for a tweet to tell me it is in stock!

1. Rio Ultimate necklace £22, 2. Cara camera bag £25, 3. Perspex jewel cuff £12,
4. Sara Flat top Sunglasses £10, 5. Violet open back earrings £14, 6. Neon Animal print snood £15

For these lovelies and many many more check out www.accessorize.com - enjoy.

Those of you that follow me on Instagram will have seen this picture i posted earlier today, my printed goodies from my shopping trip to Birmingham. As usual i went with the intention of buying half of Birmingham, although i may have tried on everything i only came away with a couple of pieces. I do find print can be difficult to wear but florals/stripes/dots are the easiest way to introduce a little something different to a look, as they are are quite classic and are a regular feature within many collections. Some really beautiful prints on the highstreet at the moment and i just couldn't resist these, especially when all three came in at under £30.

1. Floral - Midi skirt, £10 Primark. 2. Stripe - Sleeveless blouse, £9.99 H&M
3. Spot - Cami top, £6 Primark

Particularly looking forward to wearing the striped shirt buttoned up with jeans and a statement necklace. Also rather happy that i have managed to find another great midi skirt, a new skirt shape for me that i am falling in love with.

Are you a fan of print? Would love to know how you incorporate into your summer wardrobe?

* My take on plaid Friday - a regular event in the Lands' End office, i can't pull of a shirt so an open back blouse will have to do, styled up with my New Look statement necklace. * The new issue of Elle, i really like the new look of the magazine and found this cover particularly eye catching. * A great day spent with my good friend Jo and her 2 little people, her son Issac took a liking to my husband James and fell asleep on him whilst catching up on CBeebies #futuredadmoment, whilst i was entertained by the beautiful baby Sophia and her cheeky smile.  * The new River Island collections landed in Northampton and i was impressed with the great use of colour and print, with my favourite piece being the pink leather jacket - a spring must have. * Found these beautiful shoes on Pinterest and was so pleased to find out they are from good old New Look, a great heel height and perfect partner for my bridesmaid dress. * I swear each month my pile of reading gets bigger - love the February issues of magazines are they are always so thick and full of new season lovelies. * A very, very belated birthday gift from my husband - tickets to see Wicked at Milton Keynes. What an fantastic show, "Defying Gravity" literally has the hairs on my arms standing on end every time i hear it and live it was AMAZING! Such a different musical intertwined with the classic Wizard of Oz story - if you haven't seen it i recommend you do. * My Perfect Pairings post from earlier in the month, where i have been trying to buy less and wear more as Gok would say and this were some of my new pairings using pieces already in my large wardrobe.

* Favourite OOTD from the month - a great variety of outfits. #1 Topshop animal print dress with multi coloured tweed jacket from River Island. #2 Khaki skinnies from Dorothy Perkins, Zara striped t, tartan scarf from Accessorie and Primarni ankle boots. #3 Vintage floral Topshop kimono dress, black blazer and great new H&M studded belt. * The Glitter Fashionista turned 2 on the 11th Feb - can't believe how time has flown - a big thank you to my followers, both on the blog and my social media. * Beautiful flowers from hubby for our anniversary, 5 years since he proposed - the 13th as he was too excited / nervous to hang on until the 14th! * The new SS14 season guides that all come out in Feb - Elle Collections, Company and Marie Claire Runway all sat on the coffee table helping to shape my spring wardrobe. * Was so excited for LFW and in particular the Mulberry show as usual but missed the memo to say there wasn't a show just a preview - there I was with my coffee and notepad in front of a black screen for 10 minutes before I realized! Sadly disappointed by the result of the preview and the new Cara bags - read my thoughts here Mulberry Miss, wishing the amazing Emma Hill would come back! * The latest must have piece that i need - this beautiful Breton embellished clutch from Accessorize - just waiting for the tweet telling me it is in stock! #excited.

* My favourite new combination - the old faithful Topshop LBD, striped Next blazer, western cutout boots and my new H&M belt. In a gorgeous shade of grey this belt goes with everything! * My Pinterest loves of the month - another great collection of images showing some great transitional looks, especially liking the leopard print swing dress. *  My new series - TGF edits. Starting off the series is my top picks from the new M&S Limited Collection, well worth a look as some truly beautiful and reasonably priced pieces Limited Collection. * Continuing my obsession with Accessorize - a piece from the new SS14 collection, a statement piece with a mix of pastel and neon colours. Already worn to death and at £22 this piece is a great addition to any jewellery box. * One discovery made this month - Willow is obsessed with flowers! Real flowers pose far to much of a spillage/breakage risk, as well as some being poisonous to cats so invested in a great selection of fake ones, that look really good and don't seem as interesting to my furry housemate. These are a great alernative and these days do look real - check out Dunelm and Wilkinsons for a good selection of styles at great prices. * My new obsession - Midi skirts, have finally found a great style that once it finally arrives from H&M will be a staple in my wardrobe and already have some great inspiration on how to wear. * As well as my blog turning 2 - little Willow also had her 2nd birthday this month. While some may find me weird for celebrating my cat's birthday, she is a big party of my family and i love her to bits so why not celebrate, besides who can say no to such a cutie. * My first day at work this year without my winter coat - an achievement that hopefully will be repeated soon, or not if you believe the weatherman!

Cannot believe that February is already over!

Cannot believe that February is already over!

Although i use beauty products everyday i am not one who gets easily excited by a new brand or product, but i do have certain brands that i always use, like Aussie for my hair, Essie for my nails and Colgate for my teeth. However in December i discovered Soap & Glory (My December) when i bought one of Boots deal of the week gift sets. Since then i have been regularly using the goodies from this set and have discovered a new favourite brand, all the body products in this set have made my skin feel smooth and soft and not dry like most others i have tried. When it came to buying my skincare products this month i decided to try something new and test out some of the S&G range to see if lives up to the body products. Although most of this range is a tad more expensive than i would normally spend i do think skincare is one area that shouldn't be skimped on, plus this collection is included in the Boots 3 for 2 offer so i do save some pennies.

1. Dr Spot - Super strength breakout clearing gel, perfect for spot prone skin £8.
2. Mist you madly - body spray mini, perfect handbag sized fragrance £3.50.
3. Make Yourself Youthful - rejuvenating face serum, just what i need to keep my face looking young and fresh £16 (pricy but worth it).
4. Hand food - hydrating hand cream, a lovely non-greasy cream £5.
5. Face soap and clarity - 3 in 1 daily detox vitamin C facial wash, gentle cleanser with an amazing smell £8.
6. The Righteous butter - body moisturiser, great for keeping skin soft and smooth £10.50

All the above are available at Soap & Glory and Boots along with many more.

Are you a Soap & Glory fan? Would love to hear your favourites and recommendations.
